for the recruitment of trainees and apprentices
across all industry sectors.
As
a Group Training Organisation A.E.S.
is able to provide a comprehensive recruitment, placement and management
service for trainees and apprentices.
Services include :
advertising position, interviewing, aptitude testing and short listing of
candidates, pre employment medicals, sign up and completion of all required
documentation, coordination of training and ongoing monitoring of trainees and
apprentices performance both on and off the job.
Peter Leamey
(Group Training Manager)
Peter
has 24 years experience in the employment and management of apprentices
and trainees and in an advisory capacity in Vocational Education and
Training in Tasmania.
Glenn
Lucas (Field Officer)
Glenn
has 8 years experience in employment and vocational training of
apprentices and trainees.
Both
Peter and Glenn have excellent track records in providing quality
trainees/apprentices to host employers and providing ongoing
monitoring to ensure quality outcomes.
