are an approved Group Training Organisation A.E.S. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Leamey as Group Training Manager.
Peter has 22 years experience in management and an advisory capacity in Vocational Education and Training. He has an excellent track record in providing quality trainees/apprentices to host employers and providing ongoing monitoring to ensure quality outcomes.
As a Group Training Organisation A.E.S. is able to provide a comprehensive recruitment, placement and management service for trainees and apprentices.
Services include : advertising position, interviewing, aptitude testing and short listing of candidates, pre employment medicals, sign up and completion of all required documentation, coordination of training and ongoing monitoring of trainees and apprentices performance both on and off the job.
