Our
trainers and assessors each have a number of years of relevant
workplace experience in the areas they train and assess. All have
the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
qualification.
A.E.S's
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) ensures that individuals receive
formal recognition for current competencies and that training will
add value for themselves and their employers.
A.E.S.
delivers customised training to groups and individuals.
Information based sessions are normally run indoors using a variety
of aids and styles. Skills based sessions are delivered in a
safe, realistic environment, often outdoors, using equipment and
procedures comparable to those encountered on the job.
